Good morning, Directors We have our children scheduled to sing in our Church 3 times a year. They practice twice a week for a month and out of 56 students we had 6 show up at our last event. This is not good at all. How do you impress upon the parents the importance of showing up to these events. All suggestions are welcome. Blessings, Marsha MacIntyre

How are you keeping enrollment up during the summer. Do you save spaces for families that take vacations? Do you ask them to pay to keep their spot? Please share with me who you handle your summer months. Blessings, Marsha MacIntyre
